Once again another season has passed, and for the second time in a row, we got swept in the post-season.
Alright, it's another wait til next year kind of thing. Or is it?
Gone are the days when I used to come to the ballpark, and really don't mind what the outcome would be.
Don't get me wrong, I have to say I am big loyal fan of the Cubs'.
Of course, I would like for them to win all the time.
But as fans always say, being there at Wrigley is all that matters.
Not anymore. those days are gone.
Now you go the park and expect to be singing "Co Cubs Go" at the end of the ballgame.
It's a totally different atmosphere now.
It used to be that making the postseason was enough.
Now, we don't expect just making the playoffs, but making it deep into postseason play.
It's nice to leave behind the shadow of losing and not caring.
At the same time it's noice to make a habit of winning.
Good things come when you are on the winning side.
Maybe for championship for example.
